Rendering and Formatting

Once you have produced and edited your video, it must be rendered in a format that is appropriate for your intended means of distribution. If you're distributing DVD's, for example, your focus should be on obtaining the very best video and audio quality you can obtain; size is no object. If you want to stream your video over the internet, you will most likely have to trade off some of that quality to keep the file size down and the streaming rate up.
